Windows 10 Chrome Black Screen Problem

If you want to return to chrome in the taskbar after you close the window in Chrome on Windows 10 and switch to the desktop or another window, you will see a black screen as below.

This problem has begun to happen after the new update to Windows, it will be resolved as soon as possible

You can solve the problem by following the steps below.

  • Open the settings section by typing “chrome://settings/” in the address bar.
  • Open the Advanced section from the menu on the left.
  • Open “System” settings.
  • Disable the “Use hardware acceleration when available” option and restart Chrome.
